You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate and customize workflows across ITSM and ITOM.
• Implement platform integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow modules like ITSM and CSM.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and platform customization.
• Familiarity with ITSM and CSM modules.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Skills in Change Management and Performance Tuning.
• Experience creating Technical Documentation.
