Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations, while troubleshooting technical issues on the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to enhance IT operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
