Description

You will own the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy solutions for backlog items using Workflow, Flow Designer, and platform capabilities.
• Create and enhance complex Service Catalog items and maintain the Service Portal/Employee Center for improved user experience.
• Perform full lifecycle implementation tasks, including system integration with third-party business systems via REST/SOAP protocols.
• Create, configure, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Author clear technical and process documentation using the ServiceNow Knowledge Base module.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing core ServiceNow solutions (full platform, rollouts, module deployments, or migrations).
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog) and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow best practices, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and workflow customization.
• Experience with HRSD and CMDB modules.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive projects to completion.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Higher Education or Government entity environments.
