Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
