Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations, while mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, user guides, and compliance records.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to optimize IT operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring security policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and refine solution designs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM (PSDS), HAM, and FSM.
• Experience with API integration using REST/SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to team technical growth.
