Description

You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and refine technical solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows for ITSM and ITOM.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and conduct code reviews to ensure security and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM.
• Familiarity with Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
