Description

You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Configure and maintain ITSM, CSM, and HAM modules.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience mentoring teams and contributing to technical growth.
