Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the platform.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist.
• Experience staying updated on latest ServiceNow features.
