Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, and HAM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
