Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and IT operations configurations. You will own the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to code reviews and technical documentation, while mentoring junior developers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, customizations, and integrations.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and ITOM features like Service Mapping and Discovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct code reviews, and maintain system designs and user guides.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation.
• Proven experience with ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
