Description

You will own the development, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build technical solutions, scoped applications, and workflows to automate manual IT business processes.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST and orchestration.
• Improve Service Mapping, CMDB, and Discovery processes.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, break/fix support, and integration testing.
• Implement changes across the SDLC lifecycle and document all technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, specifically within ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions based on those requirements.
• 4+ years of experience developing and managing integrations with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with REST, orchestration, CMDB, SDLC, and ITSM.
• Strong ability to gather, organize, and interpret complex data and information.
• Proven track record of providing technical expertise and training to close knowledge gaps.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML, and/or JSON.
