Description

You will lead development and configuration efforts across multiple ServiceNow instances, owning the implementation of core modules and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, and HRSD modules.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Server APIs.
• Develop automated processes using Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Design and implement portal components using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage and optimize Performance Analytics reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive experience with CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
• Strong JavaScript proficiency.
• Expertise in ServiceNow API integrations via REST and SOAP.
• Experience with MID Server APIs.
• Proficiency in Portal development using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to configure workflows and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Performance Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
