You will drive the development and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support complex business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop scoped and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and manage inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.
- Configure platform components including UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Design and implement ServiceNow process flows, workflows, and automated service workflows.
- Manage data lifecycle using data loads, transform maps, and XML imports/exports.
- Create effective workspaces, dashboards, and reporting structures.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7 years of direct ServiceNow development, including scoped and custom application development.
- 5 years of experience with REST and SOAP integrations (inbound and outbound).
- 5 years of experience customizing UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, and Email Scripts.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM (Software & Hardware), ITSM, and portfolio management.
- 5 years of experience designing ServiceNow process flows and workflows.
- 3 years of experience developing workspaces, dashboards, and reporting.
- 3 years of experience with data loads, transform maps, and XML.
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
- Any Graduate degree.
