Description

You will drive the development and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support complex business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scoped and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and manage inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Configure platform components including UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow process flows, workflows, and automated service workflows.
  • Manage data lifecycle using data loads, transform maps, and XML imports/exports.
  • Create effective workspaces, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7 years of direct ServiceNow development, including scoped and custom application development.
  • 5 years of experience with REST and SOAP integrations (inbound and outbound).
  • 5 years of experience customizing UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, and Email Scripts.
  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM (Software & Hardware), ITSM, and portfolio management.
  • 5 years of experience designing ServiceNow process flows and workflows.
  • 3 years of experience developing workspaces, dashboards, and reporting.
  • 3 years of experience with data loads, transform maps, and XML.
  • 3 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
  • Any Graduate degree.
