Description

You will develop and support ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions, owning the configuration, implementation, and optimization of ITOM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
• Design and engineer ITOM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and operational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver IT operations solutions that meet business goals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of ServiceNow ITOM functionalities and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow application to ensure performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically CSDM, CMDB, and Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of Event Correlation Rules and ServiceNow CMDB architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including scripted REST/SOAP APIs and import set integrations.
• Proficiency in using transform maps, data sources, and transform scripts for data loads.
• Experience with ServiceNow database schema and table structures.
• Skilled in creating and managing scheduled jobs, events, and triggers.
• Familiarity with server, network, and application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics and email notifications.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience in IT service management or related fields.
• Experience with complex enterprise service architecture.
