Description

Develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, collaborating with stakeholders to define and recommend technical solutions for business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update workflows, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards, and process automations.
• Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to define and recommend solutions for business requirements.
• Build complex ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and enhance ITSM, CMDB, and SecOps Modules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience within a large organization.
• Experience utilizing ITSM, CMDB, and SecOps Modules (SIR and VR).
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and modern web development techniques.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, and XML protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
