Description

You will develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into technical implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, business rules, and platform customizations.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven expertise in Business Rules, customizations, and custom development.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including IntegrationHub.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MID Server configuration and management.
