Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITIL and ITSM workflows within a healthcare context. You will own application development, data integrity, and HIPAA compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage and maintain data integrity using SQL.
• Implement and support ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Ensure all development adheres to HIPAA compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow developer experience.
• 4+ years of application or system development and programming experience.
• 7+ years of experience working in ITIL/ITSM environments.
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – Performance Analytics certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, VR, or ITSM).
