Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications for healthcare workflows.

You will own the development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and manage Service Mapping, SAM, VR, and ITSM modules.
• Maintain data integrity and perform complex queries using SQL.
• Ensure all development meets HIPAA compliance standards for healthcare data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow developer experience.
• 4+ years of application or system development and programming experience.
• 7+ years of experience in an ITIL/ITSM work environment.
• 3+ years of experience working within the healthcare space.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Performance Analytics, or Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, VR, or ITSM) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
