Description

You will own ServiceNow Discovery implementation and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns.
• Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support.
• Drive resolution for complex ServiceNow Discovery issues.
• Leverage extensive experience in both Agentless and Agent-based ServiceNow Discovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and APIs.
• Experience with CMDB and ITOM.
