Description

You will own the development and implementation of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and ITAM capabilities. This role is on-site in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions across ServiceNow modules including Discovery, CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Implement and manage Service Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
• Build integrations using ServiceNow API development.
• Execute complex scripting tasks within the platform environment.
• Complete the required coding assessment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules.
• Expertise in Discovery, CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Demonstrable expertise in SAM and HAM.
• Strong ServiceNow API development experience.
• Advanced scripting proficiency.
• Any Graduate degree.
