You will architect and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and workflows while leading technical integration efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, modules, and workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to configurations, workflows, and platform performance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• 5+ years using ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions.
• 5+ years of experience with Flow Designer for notifications and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience with ITSM or CSM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 5+ years of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX experience for UI development.
• 3+ years building integrations leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Glide scripts and Power BI dashboard design.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), DevOps practices, and Shift Left testing.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
