Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations using Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions. You will build workflows with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient code. You will manage update sets, follow best practices, and leverage JavaScript for both server-side and client-side logic. CAD and CSA certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Scripted REST APIs for secure integrations with external systems.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies to automate processes.
• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio within defined application scopes.
• Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub Designer.
• Configure Inbound Actions and Notifications to handle incoming emails and automate responses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Strong JavaScript skills for server-side and client-side scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub Designer.
• Ability to build custom applications using App Engine Studio.
• Knowledge of Update Sets and ServiceNow best practices for modular development.
• Mandatory: CAD (Certified Application Development) and CSA (Certified System Administration) certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI Policies and complex automation workflows.
