Description

Design and implement technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle of ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules. This role requires deep architectural knowledge and hands-on development to ensure data integrity and platform stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules to ensure data integrity.
• Implement ITOM processes including event management, discovery, and service mapping.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems on the platform.
• Manage development projects including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Review code to ensure quality standards and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles with direct ServiceNow platform development, scripting, and architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to lead development teams and manage complex technical projects.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior developers to transfer knowledge and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM modules (Event Management, Discovery, or Service Mapping).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITAM modules (SAM or HAM).
