You will develop and maintain solutions within ServiceNow platforms, focusing on integrations, asset management, and IT operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations using ServiceNow API development.
• Implement solutions across Discovery, CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Manage and optimize Service Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
• Write complex scripts to meet business requirements.
• Maintain existing ServiceNow platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Expert knowledge of CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Expert knowledge of SAM and HAM.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow API development.
• Strong scripting capability.
• Any Graduate level education.
