You will design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents based on customer requirements.
- Lead the implementation of IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Portal, and Service Catalog).
- Configure ITBM modules including Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance.
- Manage project delivery by providing scope, effort estimates, and tracking work items for stakeholders.
- Develop custom applications, third-party integrations, and complex processes.
- Conduct technical reviews, end-user training, and manage escalations within the project team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
- Experience configuring CMDB, Asset Management, and Software Distribution Orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and working with HI support.
- Proven ability to set up integrations such as LDAP/SSO, Email, and Chat.
- Knowledge of Domain Separation and Data Segregation implementation.
- Expertise in designing ServiceNow Reports and Performance Analytics.
- Strong English communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to lead and manage global teams.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Implementation Certified and ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
