Description

You will serve as the senior technical lead for the ServiceNow environment, owning system architecture, advanced feature implementation, and platform stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ServiceNow system architecture to ensure stability and scalability.
• Implement advanced platform features and configurations aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure system integrity through administrative best practices and rigorous testing protocols.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical roles.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ServiceNow Virtual Agent Micro-certification.
• ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence Micro-certification.
• ServiceNow Configure the CMDB Micro-certification.
• Must hold at least two of the specified specialist or micro-certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise ServiceNow environments.
