Description

You will own platform support, enhancements, and operational stability for the ServiceNow instance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems support, platform enhancements, and clone/downgrade activities.
• Lead operational efforts including upgrades and vendor network upgrades.
• Translate business challenges from Capability Owners into actionable operational tasks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching and code reviews.
• Provide accurate estimates and participate in on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Deep understanding of platform maintenance, stability, and upgrade processes.
• Proficiency in code migration while maintaining service availability.
• Experience working within Scrum methodology.
• Ability to contribute to recruiting and interviewing engineering resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale platform clones and complex upgrade scenarios.
