Description

You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, owning the full lifecycle from technical specification to deployment. You act as the expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis, ensuring all solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements to generate technical specifications for software components and applications.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs and configure out-of-the-box or custom workflows.
• Implement Service Portal and Flow Designer modules, developing responsive UIs using Angular JS, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and agile SDLC for large-scale project deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years dedicated ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow releases Tokyo and Utah (Quebec is acceptable).
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale projects from end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in MVC Architecture and responsive web page development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flow Designer module implementation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for complex problem-solving.
