Description

You will design, build, and deploy complex ServiceNow solutions, owning the technical lifecycle from specification to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce technical specifications for software components.
• Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs and configure custom workflows.
• Implement Service Portal and Flow Designer modules, creating responsive UIs with Angular JS, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards using agile SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years dedicated ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Tokyo and Utah releases (Quebec is acceptable).
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale projects from end-to-end.
• Proficiency in MVC Architecture and responsive web page development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flow Designer module implementation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for complex problem-solving.
