Description

You will configure, develop, and administer ServiceNow, focusing on FSM and EAM modules to support IT and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow systems, building service requests, items, and tasks using workflows.
• Develop and maintain PM work orders, scheduling, dispatch workflows, and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Automate routine tasks and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems using Orchestration.
• Write and deploy scripts in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to extend platform functionality.
• Analyze user requirements to improve system capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing on ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong proficiency in FSM (Field Service Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting tools.
• Experience with Active Directory / LDAP integration.
• Ability to interface and develop with Java/J2EE backend technologies.
• Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• CIS-FSM (Certified Implementation Specialist—FSM) certification.
• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications.
