Description

You will lead ServiceNow implementation and management within a telecom environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ServiceNow modules.
• Implement and maintain TSOM and ITSM processes.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates to stakeholders.
• Act as the senior technical lead for ServiceNow operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ITSM.
• Direct experience with TSOM.
• Background working within the telecom industry.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
