Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, ensuring stability and scalability of enterprise workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and debug client-side and server-side JavaScript to extend platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain UI components using Angular, HTML, AJAX, and CSS.
• Configure platform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Manage platform upgrades, clones, and ACL configurations to maintain security.
• Build catalog items, workflows, and manage CMDB data within the ITIL framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Client and Server side).
• Experience with Angular, HTML, AJAX, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API development and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of OOP, JSON, and XML payloads.
• Experience managing ServiceNow CMDB and ACLs.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
• Knowledge of how configuration management integrates with the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
