Description

Develop and implement advanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITAM and CMDB modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes for asset data.
• Manage asset lifecycle and configuration using ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues autonomously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and external system integration.
• Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes within ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of XML and APIs.
• Experience with Business Rules and Script Includes.
