Description

You will lead ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration efforts for the platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping activities to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Execute ServiceNow upgrade activities and handle ongoing platform maintenance.
• Lead technical teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver complex implementations.
• Manage stakeholders through clear communication and technical presentations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules including CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Knowledge of integration methods using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, or Ruby.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA or CIS in CMDB or ITOM.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or RunDeck.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or AppDynamics.
