Description

Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications with a focus on GRC modules, security, and automation.

8+ years of ServiceNow development experience is required. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications and modules adhering to ServiceNow scripting and security best practices.
• Automate authorization and monitoring processes within Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM).
• Manage package creation, authorization boundaries, and third-party service integrations.
• Translate business concepts into technical solutions for Risk Management and 3P integrations.
• Document technical designs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with GRC modules, specifically Risk Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) within GRC.
• 3+ years of experience in Workflow and Automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, and Data Policy.
• Experience with APIs, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Bachelor's degree.
