Description

You will act as a technical consultant on large-scale Specialty Software Engineering initiatives and complex, long-term technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives involving broad impact and large-scale planning.
• Analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of unprecedented factors.
• Resolve complex situations by applying deep knowledge of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult directly with client personnel to meet deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically with the Service Catalog module using Utah version or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Scripting, and application development.
• 3-5 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• 2-3 years of experience in Integration and API development using REST and JSON.
• 2 years of experience with Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and processes.
• 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, APIGEE, REST, JSON, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia, or other orchestration and interface tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
