Description

You will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and enhancements using JavaScript, Jelly, and web services.
• Configure and maintain platform components including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Facilitate integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly.
• Experience with Web Services, XML, and HTML.
• Knowledge of MySQL, CSS, and platform customization.
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows and business rules.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
