Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow components including Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Execute full lifecycle implementations for ITSM and ITOM modules, focusing on Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery schedules, including issue triage and remediation.
• Build and maintain system integrations using SOAP, REST, Integration Hub, and Service Graph connector.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, manage data manipulation with external systems, and document technical solutions for business approval.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on implementation and integration expertise.
• Proven experience leading at least two full lifecycle large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep technical knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML, and XML.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Strong background in enterprise-level environments.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in business terms.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM or ITOM.
• ITIL v3 certification.
