Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, update, and optimize workflows, forms, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement process automation using ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate with external systems using standard web protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience in large organizations.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), CMDB, and SecOps.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
• Strong JavaScript skills for client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience building complex reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards: HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
