Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules while configuring existing platform functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, modules, workflows, forms, and user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external business systems using APIs and web services.
• Automate tasks and processes through custom scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct code reviews, and perform testing to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs.
• Working knowledge of Azure.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the water and wastewater industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle utility applications.
