Description

You will build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. You own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within ServiceNow.
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications leveraging MERN or MEAN stack technologies.
• Manage database design, optimization, and data retrieval tasks.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure application stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development with a focus on custom applications and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with React, AngularJS, Express JS, and MongoDB.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive experience in database design and management.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to build custom scoped applications using Creator workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
