Description

You will act as a senior technical lead for ServiceNow development, automation, and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interfaces using UI Builder and Portal development.
• Configure automated processes including workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.
• Implement and support Customer Service Management (CSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
• Utilize Performance Analytics for data visibility and reporting.

Required Skills

• 9-10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in UI Builder and Portal Development using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integration methods.
• Experience working with ServiceNow APIs and MID servers.
• Proven ability to configure Flow Designer and automated workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple CSM instances.
