Description

You will develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications to support federal government requirements and enterprise IT modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.
• Design and deliver ITIL capabilities for enterprise ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM implementations.
• Build custom scoped applications and widgets within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Support Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
• Lead technical conversations with senior management regarding organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development, administration, and implementation experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow architecture skills, including custom scoped application development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Full-stack web development experience using Java, Angular.js, and React.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps solutions in enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience developing custom widgets in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
