Description

You will lead the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, driving strategic module implementation and platform upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and develop detailed solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
• Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, including impact assessments, remediation planning, and release management.
• Perform day-to-day administration, troubleshoot production support issues, and maintain platform performance and stability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Expert-level JavaScript for script development, platform integrations, and form customization.
• Strong experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency in creating Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Pages, Macros, and ACLs.
• Experience working in SaaS environments with a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, VSTS/Azure DevOps, and source control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
