Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow applications while embedding DevOps practices into the delivery lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow instances, including user/group administration and access control configuration.
• Design custom user interfaces using UI Builder and automate workflows with Flow Designer.
• Develop application logic using JavaScript, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating version control (Git) with build and deployment tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting custom application logic.
• Experience with REST API and SOAP API integration patterns.
• Expertise in Flow Designer and UI Builder within ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
