Responsibilities

• Design and lead complex ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications.
• Lead development teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Manage requirements, project timelines, and Agile development practices.
• Develop automation using JavaScript and web service protocols.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer across ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgmt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications or data sources.
• 5+ years of experience designing and leading complex technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Expertise in Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and external Portals.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Hands-on experience with X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Experience working with the US Federal Government.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, or CIS in CSM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, or APM.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
