Description

You will serve as the technical authority for enterprise ServiceNow engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions, making design trade-offs between Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionality and customization.
• Develop hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoC).
• Provide technical governance for development practices.
• Mentor other developers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience (12+ preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in ITOM, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Architect-level experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
• Familiarity with CIS (CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, HAM, SAM).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• CSA certification.
• CAD certification.
