Description

You will manage ServiceNow instances, develop custom applications, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow instances, including user management, access control, security, and update sets.
• Develop custom user interfaces using UI Builder and automate workflows via Flow Designer.
• Write custom logic using JavaScript, Business Rules, and advanced scripting.
• Build and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines by integrating Jenkins and managing version control with Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Expertise in JavaScript for application logic and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST Web Services and SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency with UI Builder and Flow Designer.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Practical understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience implementing automated testing.
