Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to deliver end-to-end workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and roll-out of ServiceNow modules and applications.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop software solutions, scripts, and workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
• Perform system and integration testing using sample and live data.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance while troubleshooting technical issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Asset Management.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Asset Management module.
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and business process automation (BPA).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Strong expertise in data modelling, data architecture, and data structures.
• Experience with web technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications in Application Development, System Administration, or Implementation Specialist.
