Description

Own the technical implementation and customization of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM modules, ensuring data integrity and platform governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of ServiceNow SAM, HAM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and AI Control Tower.
• Develop capabilities to improve asset visibility and eliminate orphaned assets, establishing a trustworthy system of record.
• Standardize governance workflows to ensure cross-enterprise compliance and audit readiness.
• Participate in PI planning to align development goals with enterprise OKRs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage platform upgrades and resolve complex data quality issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer.
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM (CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping).
• Proven track record of installing new ServiceNow products and configuring complex modules.
• Strong background in asset lifecycle tracking and configuration management.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments, specifically PI planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
